Software tools are supposed to help people do their job. But they are often confusing, cumbersome, and intimidating, which makes getting tasks done excruciatingly painful. So much so that using ERP software can actually get in the way of getting the job done.

We thought it would be helpful if the digital elements within the software looked more like their real world counterparts because ERP software is typically pretty hard-to-use. So our on-screen invoice looks like the invoices you’re used to seeing on paper. Our notepad looks like, well, a notepad.
We also put a lot of thought into how users expect their software to work and then built Paragon to appeal to your natural intuition. By making a system that actually make sense, we think Paragon is easier to use and doesn’t require a ridiculous amount of training.
The reality is millions of people spend the majority of their day working with an ERP system. We don’t think they should have to work with software that looks like it still lives in the 1990s. So, we made Paragon pretty. Well, we think it’s pretty, but we suspect you will think it is sleek, modern and generally nice to look at.
