Paragon ERP is a Cloud-based system

Traditionally, the majority of ERP systems have been implemented on-site. That means that companies are required to purchase, install and house their ERP system using servers and hardware. Maintaining this infrastructure, including server upkeep and virus recovery, is also their responsibility.

Paragon is a Cloud-based software system so you get to benefit from the full functionality of the software without having to purchase and maintain the entire IT infrastructure. You access it via the internet and all your data is stored on secure Paragon servers that are hosted and maintained by Microsoft Azure.

The Cloud may seem a bit abstract and scary but it’s actually an incredibly secure and financially efficient way to run your enterprise system. Here’s why:

Our Paragon servers are located in an incredibly secure server farm maintained by us and Microsoft Azure and is accessible via the internet.

We chose Microsoft because they’ve invested over $15 billion in creating a network of datacenters across the globe. With more than 100 datacenters serving 140 countries with over one million servers, content distribution networks, edge computing nodes and fiber optic networks, Microsoft Azure is a leader when it comes to building and maintaining secure datacenters across the globe.

The Paragon Cloud is hosted on the Azure platform, which is managed by a team of experts around the clock. It can quickly scale up or down to match any of your needs and with Azure’s commitment to ensuring robust process for resource acquisition, energy consumption and incident management, the likelihood of the Paragon server ever going down is incredibly … not likely. That is unless an asteroid hit the earth, in which case, you probably have bigger fish to fry.
